Church wordmark logos
A wordmark is the name and nothing else. It works when the name is short enough to read on a shirt and a website header. Fast Ministry Graphics builds it as a flat, centered lockup — not a poster with the name on it.

Use it when
- The name is the brand, and an icon would be a cliché (a cross, a dove, a hill).
- You need something that still works in one color.
Spell it in the brief
The name in the brief is the logo text. ‘Hope Chapel’ and ‘HopeChapel’ are different marks. Add a city or ‘Est.’ only if you want it on the mark forever.

Questions
Can a long name be a wordmark?
A long name becomes a paragraph. Shorten the public name, or use a monogram for the small sizes and the full wordmark for print.
