Print-ready church flyers and posters
A church flyer is print-ready when it matches the paper and the words are right. In Fast Ministry Graphics you choose a real page — Letter, A4, A5, A3, Legal, Tabloid, 5×7, 4×6, and others — and the graphic is composed at that page’s proportions. The physical size is written into the PNG so it prints at 1:1 instead of being scaled by guesswork.

What “print-ready” means here
- The shape is the page, not a screen ratio with bars.
- The pixels are aimed at print resolution, up to 300 DPI, within the image model’s limits. The size guide lists the DPI of each portrait page.
- You still proof the spelling. A sharp file with the wrong time is not ready.
Which page to pick
- Sunday handout: Letter in the US, A4 elsewhere.
- Small invite or postcard: 5×7, 4×6, or A6.
- Lobby wall: A3 or Tabloid (11×17).
- Half-sheet flyer: A5.
What this file is not
It is not a PDF with crop marks, bleeds, or a CMYK separation. Printers who require a bleed template will ask you to place the PNG in their file. Business cards are a designed 3:2 face, not a standard 3.5×2 inch cut template. Check the printer’s spec before you promise a stack by Friday.
Questions
Can I photocopy it?
Yes. For a copier, prefer high contrast — Minimalist, Traditional, Bold, or Lined. Photographic and neon styles turn to gray mud on a parish copier.
Portrait or landscape?
The app can flip the page. A lobby poster is usually portrait. A slide is not a print page; leave it at 16:9.
